1. Data controller
The data controller is Algoritma Reklam İletişim Bilgisayar Eğitim San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., whose contact details are at the top of this page.
2. Data processed and purposes
- Contact form: full name, organisation, e-mail, phone, subject and message — to answer your request and prepare a quote.
- Payment and order: full name, e-mail, phone, billing address, for company invoices the company name, tax office and tax number, for individual invoices the optional Turkish ID number, order content and amount, your note, IP address and the accepted agreement version — to conclude the order, take payment through PayTR, issue the invoice, meet legal retention duties and prevent fraud. Your card details never reach us; they are processed directly by PayTR.
- Desktop app version check: at startup, Coffee Projects apps send only their app id and version number to our website to find out whether a new version exists. No separate record, counter or cookie is kept for these requests; the request’s IP address may only appear in the server logs described below.
- Coffee Projects downloads: the download counter contains no personal data; only the project, version, language and date are counted anonymously, and IP addresses and acceptance are not stored in it. Download requests, like other page requests, may appear in the server logs described below.
- Cookies: only cookies strictly necessary for the site are used — the session cookie (ALGSESS: form security and order tracking, deleted when the browser closes) and the language preference (alg_lang, 1 year). No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Cloudflare, which provides hosting and security, may set its own necessary cookies to prevent attacks.
- Server logs: for security, IP addresses and request details may be kept for as long as needed to prevent abuse; for the form rate limit the IP address is stored only as a hash.
3. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed under KVKK art. 5/2 on the grounds that it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract (c), necessary to fulfil our legal obligations (ç) — tax and commercial law — and necessary for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f).
4. Transfers
Your data is shared only for the purposes above and only as necessary with: PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. for taking payment; Google (Google Workspace) for e-mail; Cloudflare for hosting and security; our accountant and the competent public authorities for financial obligations. Google and Cloudflare may use servers abroad; transfers abroad are made in line with KVKK art. 9.
5. Retention
- Order and invoice records: for the periods set by tax and commercial law (usually 10 years).
- Contact form records: 2 years from the conclusion of the request.
- Security logs: for as long as needed to prevent abuse.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction of incomplete or incorrect data and deletion where the conditions are met, to object, and to claim compensation for any damage.
