Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller for orders placed electronically on www.algoritmayazilim.com.

1. Parties
SELLER: Algoritma Reklam İletişim Bilgisayar Eğitim San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., whose details are given at the top of this page.
BUYER: The natural or legal person whose name, e-mail address, phone number and billing address are entered in the form on the payment page.
2. Subject
This agreement covers the sale and performance of the product or service ordered electronically by the buyer on www.algoritmayazilim.com. The parties accept their rights and obligations under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Product / service and price
The name, quantity, unit price and total price (VAT included) of the product or service appear in the order summary on the payment page and in the confirmation e-mail sent after payment. This information forms an integral part of the agreement.
The “Buy us a coffee” option is a payment, at an amount chosen by the buyer, made to support the development of the software offered free of charge under Coffee Projects. No goods are delivered in return; use of the free software does not depend on the payment.
4. Payment
Payment is taken by credit or debit card through PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. Card details are not passed to or stored by the seller. Prices include VAT. The invoice for the payment is sent electronically to the buyer’s e-mail address.
5. Delivery and performance
Digital content and services under this agreement are performed electronically; there is no physical delivery. A “Buy us a coffee” payment is deemed performed when the payment is approved, and the confirmation is sent to the buyer’s e-mail address. For products offered for sale in the future, the delivery method and time are stated on the product page and in the order summary; this time cannot exceed 30 days.
6. Right of withdrawal
The buyer may withdraw without giving any reason within 14 days of delivery for goods, or of the conclusion of the agreement for services.
However, under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form, intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, or services whose performance starts with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period ends. The buyer acknowledges that a “Buy us a coffee” payment is performed at the moment of payment and carries no right of withdrawal.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, notice is given in writing to [email protected] within the period. The seller refunds the price to the card used for payment within 14 days of receiving the notice.
7. Incorrect and duplicate charges
Payments taken more than once because of a technical error, or at an amount different from the one chosen by the buyer, are reviewed when the buyer notifies [email protected], and any excess is refunded to the card. Details are on the Cancellation and Refunds page.
8. Disputes
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the buyer’s place of residence or of the transaction have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade; above those limits, the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
9. Entry into force
The agreement is concluded and takes effect when the buyer completes payment after reading and accepting the Pre-Information Form and this agreement on the payment page. The agreement text and the version accepted are stored with the order record.
